Verónica González is an internationally recognized performer of “foot theater,” a unique form of visual theater in which the artist’s feet are transformed into expressive characters on stage. Through imagination, precision, and humor, her feet are transformed into living marionettes, capable of telling stories without words.
Her performances combine visual theater, pantomime, puppetry, and comedy, creating a poetic and universal language that resonates with audiences of all ages. With minimal props and dynamic physical expression, Veronica builds entire worlds where laughter, tenderness, and surprise coexist.
Born in Argentina and based in Italy since 2000, Veronica has performed in more than 30 countries across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, participating in major international theater and street art festivals.
Her work has received numerous awards, including the Best Performance Award at the Beijing Children’s Theater Festival (China, 2025), the Best Puppeteer Award in Italy (2022), and the Lifetime Achievement Award at the “La Luna è Azzurra” International Festival (Italy, 2018).
She has also appeared on international television programs, such as America’s Got Talent (NBC), Tu Si Que Vales (Mediaset), Tu Si Que Sí! (La Sexta, Spain), and other major shows in Europe and Latin America.
Beyond her performances, Veronica is also active in the field of theater education and creative workshops, working inclusively with children, educators, families, and communities, using theater as a universal language
